System
The API TSS/Cargo system for tankers is a multi-functional device for measuring the cargo’s level, temperature and density, as well as the inert gas pressure in the cargo tank.
The system can calculate the weight of stored and released liquid products with an accuracy never seen before. It can operate in any liquid and at any temperature.
Based on high precision sensors, the system undertakes the complete control and monitoring of cargo loading and unloading operations. During a tanker’s loading or unloading operation, the system submits real time data about the cargo. The cargo’s level, volume and weight, plus the tanks gas temperature and steam pressure, can be shown to a high level of accuracy.
Software
The MasterLOAD™ has been specially developed for on-board calculations of cargo conditions and stability of the ship.
